Well, I finished the draft of the story about the street gang murder. Now it's time to start the draft about the prostitute in the Nevada brothel.

My workshop compatriots will be happy I continue to live up to their expectations. Or maybe they won't.

You are my literary hero. I'm early awaiting your first sick and twisted novel. And I don't mean "first that is sick and twisted," I mean that ALL of your novels will be sick and twisted and I am excited for the first.

I'm sure some day I'll come up with something that's not about deviants or death. It might be an interesting challenge to write something, you know, a little less macabre or prurient. We'll see.
