Well I'm happy to report that the Austin late night public access stations are almost...almost!...as fruitful for the insomniac panic-attack patient as their Portland counterparts. Admittedly, we have no von Hummer (a fact which causes me to beat my breast in an agony of loss) here in the southwest. But I have managed to find an marvelously puerile show involving numerous puppets representing what seem to be Olmec deities, mostly insulting the stoned college kids calling in to the show.

Tomorrow is going to suck so much.

That was a much better lullabye than fate has offered via public access so far. No slight intended to my new best friends the creepy deity puppets.

Hee. Found nothing so ironic on my end of things, but the more slap-happy tired I got the funnier random infomercials etc. were. I'm so easy to entertain when I'm exhausted.

See, but it's not really that Von Hummer is "good" by any real standards...but it's that fate magically brought us together via the fickle gods of public access whim. The splendor of von Hummer is in being awake for him. It feels like cheating just to stream.
